PROFESSIONAL
HOME INSPECTION
Buying a new home may be the biggest investment
you'll ever make. Although the process is very exciting it quickly becomes
overwhelming. While the home you have selected may appear to be just what
you're looking for, how can you be sure there aren't potentially serious
unknown defects which can make your investment in your future a costly one.
Having your new home professionally inspected by our company as early as
possible in the buying process can save you thousands of dollars on items

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Inspection can take as little as 3 hours or up to 8 hours, depending on the property. Then, as much as two hours is spent preparing the written report and inserting digital photographs. We recommend that the client or the client’s representative set time aside to be present for a walk through with the inspector when the inspection is completed.
CAN I DO IT MYSELF?
Even the most experienced property owner may lack the expertise, knowledge and tools of a professional certified inspector. Competent Inspectors are familiar with the many facets of construction, installations and maintenance. They understand the systems and components, why and how they work together, and why they fail.
CAN A HOUSE FAIL AN INSPECTION?
No. Our inspection process is a professional examination of the standing condition of the property, reporting the findings. Our inspection is not an appraisal or municipal inspection. You may fail to like the findings but only you make that decision.
