Past President and Master Certification from American Institute of Inspectors (A.I.I.)  

Certified Inspector with California Real Estate Inspection Assocation (CREIA), and he sits on the Board of Directors as Region 1 Director.  

Certified Inspector with American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)

Member of Lake County Association of Realtors (LCAOR)

Byron takes more than 80 Continuing Education Units each year to maintain his certifications and to stay abreast of current codes and new products and applications.
