The North Bay CREIA Chapter of Home Inspectors meets the 1st Wednesday evening of each month.  Currently we meet at Stars Restaurant in Cotati from 6 pm til 9 pm. 
Our May meeting was most informative with Jerry Mc Carthy giving us the 1 hour toolbox on training for expert witness and dealing with legal matters.  Following Dinner at 7 Tony Eldon presented a 1 hour program on Home Inspections involving mold and moisture intrusion.  Moisture intrusion is common and very destructive in homes of all ages.  Unfortunately it is often found to be more common in newer homes than the older homes that had considerably more air circulation than our newer ones which are being built to be air tight.
